I have a background in English Literature and Applied Linguistics with a comprehensive grounding in adult learning pedagogies. I have studied educational leadership as well as Education in high schools in Australia. I have taken this learning and specialized in Leadership, leadership communication, organizational Learning and Development coaching and facilitation.

I have more than 20 years of international work experience across three continents. Specifically in the last decade, I have focused on leadership development in a multinational organization and coached and mentored people from various walks of life in their leadership and development journeys.
