Take Three Breaths…

In your first breath engage your torso and use the natural space you are meant to use by straightening your spine.
In your second breath lift up your chin to look straight ahead so that your ear lobes are in line with your shoulders (as much as you can).
In your third breath, breathe into and relax your facial muscles, especially those around your eyes and lips.
Check in with yourself and how you feel right now. Congratulations! You just completed a small exercise in improving your Leadership Presence.
